Shop with confidence! At we always want you to get the product you love at the best possible price. If a reseller has the same item available online at a lower final price, just let us know. We will match any price or give you a partial refund (up to 30 days after your purchase).

Our "Price Protection" is subject to the terms and conditions set out below.


To claim your price protection you need to be a customer. If you are not already one of our registered customers, you will need to register before you can take advantage of our "Price Protection” program.


If you see something on sale at, don't wait around to buy it! Sale prices are not permanent and could change frequently. If the purchase price of an item drops, or you find it cheaper elsewhere within 30 days of your purchase, please contact our NAIPO Customer Service Team via email, and provide the following details:

1. Name of the reseller including website address;
2. The dates that the reseller's price is available;
3. Proof of reseller's lower price;
4. URL to the relevant lower priced item;
5. Your NAIPO order number (e.g. 1234567).

Once this price is verified, we will credit the difference back to you within three (3) business days. All standard price match qualifications must apply.

The Fine Print: NAIPO's price match policy is valid in the U.S. only. Price Match discounts cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions. All reseller pricing must be verifiable via email, and approval is made at the discretion of NAIPO staff.


If you wanted to buy Product A for $100 and identified a reseller offering the same product for $90 (and subject to all of the terms listed) then we will refund the price match $10.


1. The reseller must have the product in stock;
2. The product must be identical, same brand, model, size, weight, colour, condition, specifications etc;
3. The reseller's product must be brand new and in its original packaging;
4. The time for delivery must be equivalent to our delivery times;
5. GThe inclusion of any guarantees and/or warranties, either free or at charge, must be considered;
6. Any delivery charges for both us and the reseller must be taken into account;
7. The payment terms need to be the same;
8. The reseller's website must be located in the United States.


1. Seasonal, discontinued, obsolete, clearance, distressed or going-out-of-business sale merchandise;
2. Custom or special order products;
3. Open-box merchandise as well as reconditioned, refurbished/used items or previously discounted products;
4. Rebates, free offers, or specific one-time-only promotions, including seasonal promotions (such as Spring Black Friday, Black Friday and various holiday promotions), special events and/or bundle offers;
5. Gift card offers, credit card offers, mail-in offers, coupon offers, reseller's service prices, items that are advertised as limited-quantity;
6. Advertised pricing from a reseller based on typographical error or misprint;
7. The reseller sells on auction websites, price comparison websites, cash back affiliate websites and discount website or is in administration or closing down;
8. The reseller's price is based on a wholesale or bulk discount or is part of a special promotion, bonus or free offer;
9. The reseller's price is below our cost price.
10. This policy does not include Special Order/Dropship Items.


At NAIPO, we try our best to ensure the accuracy of our pricing. However, even with our most sincere efforts, pricing errors may still occur. If an item's price is displayed incorrectly, we will cancel your order for that item and alert you of the order cancellation. For further information, please see our Terms and Conditions.
