“I've got one similar to this already but it doesn't have the straps so I took a chance in this one and glad I'm done. This one has controls for both speed and direction which my old one doesn't have. Also, this one is only a few dollars more expensive than my old one which makes this one a better deal.
The straps are helpful with holding it in place to massage your neck but you can also lower it down your back and use the straps to hold it in place. I like using this while I'm working in front of the computer."
