We apologize, but currently we are unable to process and ship order(s) to destinations outside of the United States. Subscribe to our newsletter and we will let you know once NAIPO's products will be available in other countries.

SHIPPING & HANDLING


Delivery Time = Warehouse Processing Time + Shipping Time

- Warehouse Processing Time: The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse.
- Shipping Time: The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.

A) Warehouse Processing Time

Business Days:
Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States, as well as the day after Thanksgiving.

With standard shipping your parcel will be shipped in 1-2 business days, when you order before 3pm(EST). After 3pm(EST) please add one day. Orders placed during the weekend or public holiday will be processed on the next business day. Original shipping is non-refundable once shipped.

*Service area exclude(the United States outlying territories): Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, and the Virgin Islands.

*The shipping times mentioned above refer to the estimated times of business days that the shipment will take after an order has been shipped. Business days do not include Saturday/Sunday and any public holidays.

*The estimated delivery time may also vary according to your location and the origin of your order. Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch.

*All orders shipped from the USA warehouse are guaranteed to be delivered within 30 days. If you have not received your item(s) beyond this time, you are eligible for a full refund after we have conducted a postal investigation.

*Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

1. Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
2. Any damaged, wrong delivery and holiday delays during transit;
3. Any un-insured order that is lost or stolen;
4. Delays in delivery caused by any force majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather, strikes, and war.

C) Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is FREE on all domestic orders within the U.S. All orders ship from our USA Warehouse.

SHIPMENT TRACKING


Your shipping confirmation email will be received only when your order has been shipped. Tracking information will be updated within 24 business hours of shipment. If you does not receive the shipping confirmation email you can track your order by contacting our NAIPO Customer Service, or go directly to your Account.

SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY (OPTIONAL)


All NAIPO packages are perfectly sealed at the warehouse before they are shipped to you.

Upon receipt, please check the external condition of the package/box to see if there are signs of damage, or if the package has been opened during transit.
We request you not to sign and accept if you are concerned about the condition of the shipment. Instead, hand the package back to the courier and we will replace the items to you within few days.

If you find that the product in the box is tampered or missing when you open the package, please contact NAIPO Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

SHIPPING TIPS

A) Please take a attention that APO/FPO/DPO & PO Boxes are not accepted. For security reasons, we can not currently deliver shipments to these addresses.

B) To ensure delivery of the package, we recommend that you do not enter the company's address. If your order has already been filled with the company address, you can contact delivery agent to change the address or to contact our NAIPO Customer Service.

C) Phone number is required for delivery. Leave correct email address in your order so that order confirmation and shipping confirmation will be sent.

D) The working time of NAIPO is affected by public holidays, strikes and other unforeseeable events, and thus deliveries can be subject to slight delays.

E) Please contact us via email as soon as you realize you need to change the shipping address as once it is shipped we cannot change the address.

F) Please contact us via email as soon as you realize you need to cancel as once it is shipped we cannot cancel it for you.

G) In any case, NAIPO reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order is not able to be shipped for reasons beyond control, and by the way, we will inform you proactively if something is wrong.
