How To Find A Replacement Plug For The NAIPO Neck & Shoulder Massager

How can find a replacement plug for my MGS-150DC NAIPO neck and shoulder massager?

We get it. Accidents happen. For whatever reason, you may find yourself in need of a new power adapter for your NAIPO massager. Just because your power cord is lost or damaged does not mean you have to give up on the incredible feeling you get from a relaxing massage.

Which type of cord do I need?

The NAIPO MGS150-DC neck and shoulder massager requires a 12V AC/DC power adapter. However, the size of the adapter depends on when you purchased your device. 

Luckily, you do not need to go through your credit card statements trying to figure out the dates! The type of cable can be easily identified by looking at the tag attached to the massager. 

Take a look at your tag and the photos below:

Note the differences between the two tags. 

If the tag on your NAIPO neck & shoulder massager matches Tag #1 (notice, for example, the RoHS and CE markings on the right-hand side), then you need a size 5.5mm x 2.1mm 12V AC/DC Power Adapter. 

If the tag on your NAIPO neck & shoulder massager matches Tag #2 (fewer markings on the side, plus the voltage listing), you need a size 5.5mm x 2.5mm 12V AC/DC Power Adapter.
